So sad–I have played this course a number of times over the years but not for the last 5 years. Played this weekend and it is so sad how far downhill this course has gone. The fairways vary from dried out hardpan to overwatered spongey. Of the 18 greens, no 2 are alike–a couple had not been mowed in several days, a number of them were hard as rock, and many of them had dead spots covered with sand. It is tragic how this fun mountain course has become a goat ranch. The $95 green fee is $75 over priced. Please drive to Taos to find a real golf course.
